Many people around the world not only in politically unstable nations but also from developing nations often flee their homelands for the UK through the British channel.

It seems impossible for the United Kingdom to simply welcome everyone that seeks refuge. The United Kingdom-Rwanda migrant partnership that was signed in April 2022 makes it possible for the UK to transfer all asylum seekers to Rwanda for screening before resettlement in the United Kingdom.

According to our sources, British prime minister Rishi Sunak recently had a phone call conversation with President Paul Kagame of Rwanda where they discussed the Rwanda migration partnership. The two leaders committed to continue working together to ensure that the partnership successfully works out.
